A. We recommend approx 12 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Maintenance sessions may be needed depending on individual hair growth cycles.

A. Mild redness or slight swelling may occur after treatment, but this typically subsides within a few hours. There is little to no downtime, and most clients resume normal activities immediately.

Q. How should I prepare for my appointment?
A.
- Shave the area 24hrs before treatment.
- Avoid waxing, plucking or depilatory creams at least 4 weeks prior (shaving is fine)
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 2 weeks before your session
- Do not apply creams, deodorants or oils on the day of the treatment

Q. What should I expect after treatment?
A.
- The treated hair will gradually shed over the next 1-3 weeks
- Avoid direct sun exposure and apply SPF50+ sunscreen to protect the skin
- Do not exfoliate or use harsh skincare products for 48hrs post-treatment

Q. Who is not suitable for the treatment?
A.
- People with gray, white or red hair. Blonde hair can be treated but it takes a lot longer to get results and therefore we don't recommend.
- Those with certain medical conditions or medications
- Individuals with active skin infections or sunburn in the treated area
