Does it hurt?
Everyone experiences pain differently, however, we work with you to make the experience as comfortable as possible.

Will I still need to pencil/shape/tint my brows?
We work closely with the natural growth of the hair to make maintenance easy. However, we do recommend regular plucking, trimming and/or waxing. If your hair colour is naturally lighter, tinting may still be required.
How often do I need to get my brows tattooed?
Once we do the initial treatment, you will be required to come back in 6-8 weeks time for a touch up. This is simply just to perfect the brow and implant any pigment that may have dropped out. If your brows are meeting your expectations after the initial treatment, your perfecting session does not HAVE to be performed. We do recommend to getting your brows touched up every 1 to 2 years but this is dependent on each person individually.
How long does the treatment take?
Initial treatment can take anywhere from 1.5-3hrs. Touch up appointments can take anywhere between 1 to 2hrs. We try to allow more time so we don't have to rush or run out of time.

What do I need to do prior to my appointment?
It is important that you stop taking blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen etc) and avoid alcohol 48 hours prior to your appointment. This may cause excess bleeding and may affect your results.
Avoid anything that will thin the skin (such as Vitamin A) on the brow area two weeks prior to your appointment.
Botox should be done 2 weeks prior to your appointment or two weeks after your appointment.
If I have had my brows done elsewhere, will you be able to do the touch-up?
This will be assessed in our consultation. Depending on how the tattoo has healed will depend on if the tattoo can be gone over. Some tattoos are difficult to go over due to colour, shape, scar tissue etc.
